What goes in a Christmas Eve box
A Christmas Eve box makes the long wait for Christmas morning calmer and cozier. It needs nothing expensive: cozy pajamas, a storybook to read together, a sachet of hot cocoa, a Christmas movie for the evening, a bowl of popcorn, fuzzy socks, a puzzle or a card game, and a short letter from Santa. A shoebox or a gift bag will do; put in only what you like from the list – the blank labels are for your own ideas.
How to make the Christmas Eve box
- Print at 100% scale on sticker paper, or on plain paper and use a glue stick.
- Cut out the labels and the tags along the solid lines, and punch out the small holes.
- Stick the big label on the lid of a shoebox or on a gift bag.
- Stick the small labels on the little gifts, or tie them on with ribbon through the hole.
- Write the name, then put the box under the tree or next to the bed on Christmas Eve.
