What the angel is for
The angel stands on its own: put one by each plate on the Christmas Eve table, on top of a small Christmas tree or next to a gift as a little extra. Making it is a good half hour with children – they cut, an adult helps with the glue, and the angel to color in becomes their very own.
How to make the paper angel
- Print at 100% scale, best on thicker paper (160–200 gsm).
- Cut out the three parts along the dark outline; children with an adult.
- Roll the dress into a cone and glue it on the grey strip.
- Push the neck of the head into the hole at the top of the cone and glue it in place.
- Glue the wings to the back of the cone by their grey middle.
With a thread through the halo the angel hangs on the Christmas tree too.
