Swap two neighbouring squares to line up three
How to play
Swap two neighbouring squares – click or tap one and then the other, drag a finger towards a neighbour, or use the arrow keys with Enter – so that three or more of the same symbol line up across or down. A line disappears (3 squares score 30, 4 score 60, 5 or more score 100), the symbols above fall down, new ones drop in from the top, and every cascade that follows multiplies the points ×2, ×3 and so on. A swap that makes no line goes back and costs nothing; Normal gives you 30 moves, Fast 90 seconds, and Easy has no limit until you press “End game”.
For teachers: put the game on the interactive whiteboard and let the children take turns choosing a swap – the whole class can count the points of each line together. For the youngest pick Easy: five symbols, no limit and a hint after five seconds.
Fun fact: the first glass Christmas baubles were blown in Lauscha, a small glassmaking town in Thuringia, Germany.
